For Buyers

Requesting quotations and contacting Free GemStone Broker is entirely free — buyers are never charged, so no refund applies to this service. Payment, cancellation, and refunds after a gemstone/rudraksha purchase are settled directly between the buyer and the respective jeweller, per the jeweller's own policy.

For Jewellers

Commission from a jeweller is only collected once a deal is completed. For any fee-related dispute, please contact us directly — each case is reviewed individually.
